Jonathan has had global marketing responsibility for significant blue chip organisations such as Walt Disney, Hilton International and Pret a Manger. Jonathan is skilled at brand management and market development. More recently Jon switched his focus to helping SME business owners achieve their business goals – a move that has now become his passion. He has led ICON Business Solutions to achieve the position of leader in providing consultancy advice to the global network of SME’s. He has also built other highly successful businesses in property and in the children’s nursery sectors in the UK.

Tony established Payne Golley Associates in 1985, which within 5 years had become the second largest advertising agency in Wales, with clients such as Welsh Water PLC, Chartered Trust & Savings, Wilkinson Sword Garden Products and the Bank of Wales.

His first operational challenges, however, came with his move into an international Software Company dealing with the logistics sector, where he became the M.D. of various subsidiaries, with turnover ranging from £1 to 150 million. Frequently placed in turnaround or start-up operations, Tano has been credited with successfully growing company revenues, increasing profits and developing highly performing teams in highly competitive scenarios.
