Paul is a Chartered Accountant who has worked for more than 30 years in commercial finance roles with companies such as GKN, British Steel, Rover Group, Metal Castings and Tyman.

During his career Paul has helped businesses achieve successful start-ups, become profitable and cash generative, to the final stages of planning for, and managing exit through sale and MBO. This has involved organising and managing all aspects of the business including Marketing, Sales, Production and HR.
